You can't believe how excited I am to finally finish A DRAWING. Any drawing. Year 2012 was very hard for me, mostly because I went through a lot of changes in my personal life, so I barely had the time to even touch a pencil. Starting 2013 with a new piece of gorgeous Ian does mean something to me.
At the second I saw the reference, one thing was on my mind: I'm going to draw this, no matter what. The photo seemed so mysterious and different to me, and yet so beautiful. I screwed it up a little in the end, but I have no right to complain considering the fact that It's my first finished drawing since December 2011.
